Pat Pope, an Ohio native, is a graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary and these days would merely describe herself as a Christian, having grown up in the church and eventually serving as a church elder several years ago. This experience deeply impacted her faith, and not always in a good way. Pat is not afraid to engage with those of other faiths or no faith at all.In a past life, Pat was an editor at a legal publishing company and loves the English language and reading and writing, although she doesn’t do much of it these days. That’s what led her to jump at the opportunity to be a copy editor for The Sacred Humanists. Pat also holds a B.A. in Speech Communication with a minor in English from Baldwin-Wallace University.
These days, Pat spends her days working in IT for a large insurer and in her spare time enjoys powerlifting.
